Campbell (b. 1976) lives, writes but mostly dies a little each day on a farm in Brookville, Ohio. He's been widely published in the small press, most notably at Chiron Review, Zygote in My Coffee, Nerve Cowboy, Thunder Sandwich and FUCK.
